The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Acoustix Audio (Christchurch) Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 12th day of February 1990, the bank appointed Stephen Robert Patrick and Paul Duncan Thomas, both insolvency practitioners, whose offices are at Ferrier Hodgson & Co., Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland, jointly as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 14th day of November 1986.
