Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of October 1989, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 October 1989, No. 185 at page 5232 declaring road in Otorohanga District to be realigned by deleting reference to mortgage S.287368 from paragraph (b).

Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Government Road, Road Stopped and Stopped Government Road in Otorohanga District to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 14th day of January 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 January 1988, No. 8 at page 190, declaring road to be Government road, road stopped and stopped Government road in Otorohanga District to be Crown land by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:

"(b) Pursuant to section 117 declares the pieces of stopped Government road described in the Schedule hereto, now known as Sections 36, 38, 40, 43, 45 and 47, Block X, Wharepapa Survey District, shall be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence No. DPF 1464, recorded in register-book No. 200/945, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Allan James Bradstreet of Matapuna, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 479479.6 and H. 762391, South Auckland Land Registry."

Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Matamata-Piako District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
