Notice to the Broadcasting Commission in Relation to Administrative Expenses
To the Broadcasting Commission.
Pursuant to section 49 (3) of the Broadcasting Act 1989, I, Jonathan Lucas Hunt, Minister of Broadcasting, hereby give you notice of approval of an increase in your administrative budget enabling you to spend $1,515,000 on account of your administrative expenses, including those involved in collecting the public broadcasting fee, in the financial year 1 July 1989 to 30 June 1990.

Notice of Intention to Seek Approval
Take notice that acting under delegated authority and pursuant to section 24C (2) of the Electricity Act 1968, I, Peter John Morfee, Chief Electrical Inspector intend to apply, 28 days from the date of publication of this notice, to the Minister of Energy for approval of the Electrical Code of Practice for Electrical Installations of Mineral Insulated Metal Sheathed (MIMS) Cables and Equipment NZECP:33 1990.
Draft copies of the Electrical Code of Practice may be obtained by writing to “ECP 33 draft for comment” care of the Chief Electrical Inspector’s Office, Energy and Resources Division, Ministry of Commerce, P.O. Box 2337, Wellington.

Notice of Issue of Draft Electrical Code of Practice for The Installation of Electric Security Fences
Public comment is sought on draft document ECP:21.2 which it is proposed to issue as an electrical code of practice pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968.
The draft document outlines requirements for the installation and operation of electric security fences. It covers security fences powered by electric fence energisers supplied from all types of power sources.
Copies of the draft may be obtained by writing to “ECP 21.2 for Comment” Chief Electrical Inspector’s Office, Energy and Resources Division, Ministry of Commerce, P.O. Box 2337, Wellington.
Closing date for the receipt of comments is 6 April 1990.
