Notice of Voluntary Winding Up and Meeting of Creditors

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Lee Lighting (NZ) Limited:

Notice is given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 3rd day of December 1990, pursuant to section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, it was resolved:

"That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue in business and that it is advisable to wind up and accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

"That Robert John Willis of Auckland, be nominated as liquidator by the company, pursuant to section 285 of the Companies Act 1955."

Accordingly a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at the office of Staples Rodway, at 8 a.m. on the 14th day of December 1990.
