Under the Companies Act 1955, in the matter of an application to wind up a company between Fletcher Development & Construction Limited—Plaintiff;
And—Sainsbury Anderson Limited—Defendant:

Take notice that on the 29th day of November 1989, an application for the winding up of Sainsbury Anderson & Wilson Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at New Plymouth on the 22nd day of February 1990 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Fletcher Development & Construction Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Govett Quilliam, Solicitors, 14 Brougham Street, New Plymouth.

And—Jewellery Investments Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at the Second Floor, 17A Remuera Road, Auckland and conducting business in Auckland and elsewhere—Defendant:

Take notice that on the 2nd day of December 1989, an application for the winding up of Jewellery Investments Limited by the plaintiff was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 28th day of February 1990 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
