Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, the Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule to be taken for drainage purposes, and further declare that the land shall vest in The Napier City Council on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.
