In the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and in the matter of an application pursuant to Part III of that Act for approval of a scheme of charitable trust:

Take notice that on the 4th day of October 1990, orders were made as follows:

That the France Trust Scheme be approved pursuant to Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957;

That Alfred Isaac Dixon of Hastings, financial consultant be appointed trustee of the France Trust in place of the late Robert Moore Bell;

That the trustees costs of and incidental to the application be paid out of the trust fund;

That the Solicitor General’s costs in the sum of $1,250 be paid out of the trust fund.
