DFC New Zealand Ltd. (subject to statutory management), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 29th day of November 1990, Tolmie Alexander Scoular and Ian McCallum Hercus, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed as the joint and several receivers and managers of Crucci Wools Ltd. (in liquidation and in receivership) under and by virtue of the provisions of a debenture dated the 18th day of February 1982.
