Land Acquired for a Road in the City of Upper Hutt

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Land and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a road and shall vest in The Upper Hutt City Council on the 29th day of November 1990.
