Notice of Final Meeting

Pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of members of Paretai Land Company Ltd. will be held in the boardroom of Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants, Ernst & Young House, corner of Marine Parade and Vautier Street, Napier on Friday, the 14th day of December 1990 at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having laid before such meeting the liquidator’s account showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations that may be given by the liquidator.

The following extraordinary resolution, pursuant to section 328 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, will be put to the members at this final meeting:

“That the books and papers of Paretai Land Company Ltd. and of the liquidator be kept and safeguarded at the office of Ernst & Young, for 1 year after the date of dissolution and then be destroyed.”

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged either by hand at the office of Ernst & Young or by post to P.O. Box 1145, Napier, not later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon of Thursday, the 13th day of December 1990.
