A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, by Proclamation published on the 11th day of September 1990*, the Parliament of New Zealand was summoned to meet on the 18th day of December 1990:
AND WHEREAS I have thought fit to summon it to meet on an earlier day:
Now therefore, pursuant to sections 18 (1) and 19 of the Constitution Act 1986, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby summon the Parliament of New Zealand to meet in the City of Wellington on Wednesday, the 28th day of November 1990 at 11 a.m., and require and command the Members of Parliament elected to serve in the House of Representatives to attend accordingly.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of November 1990.
