Land Transfer Act Notices

Evidence having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title 3D/1393, Gisborne Registry, in the name of Williams and Kettle Ltd. at Napier, containing 755 square metres, more or less, being Lot 9, D.P. 5838 and application 181366.1, having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title 5B/1253 in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of Gazette containing this notice.
