Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Michael Arthur Lester and Gillian Lester, both of England, hereby give notice that on the 31st day of October 1990, they appointed Ian McCormick Sommerville and Michael Wayne Crawford, both of Hamilton, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all of the property charged by a certain debenture dated the 17th day of November 1989, given by the company in favour of Bank of New Zealand, the benefit of which debenture has been assigned by Bank of New Zealand to Michael Arthur Lester and Gillian Lester by deed dated the 24th day of October 1990. A copy of the said debenture was registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 20th day of November 1989.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed comprises all of the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The situation of the office of the receivers and managers is the office of Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Anchor House, 880 London Street (P.O. Box 17), Hamilton.
