NZI Bank Ltd. ("the debenture holders") hereby give notice that on the 26th day of October 1990, they appointed John Anthony Waller and Paul Richard Preston, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets charged by the debenture dated the 21st day of June 1988, given by Shannon Sheetmetals Ltd., in favour of the debenture holders.

The situation of the office of the receivers and managers is at Price Waterhouse Centre, 66 Wyndham Street, Auckland.
