Land Declared to be Road. Land Declared to be Severance and Vested in the Adjoining Owner in Block I, Kopuranga Survey District
Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road.
(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares:
(i) The land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be severance and amalgamated in certificate of title, Volume 458, folio 133, subject to mortgage 521915.3, mortgage 521915.5 to and notice of statutory land charge under section 6 of the Rural Housing Act 1939, No. 534081.
(ii) The land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be severance and amalgamated in certificate of title, Volume 24A, folio 203, subject to fencing covenant in transfer 51963, mortgage 521915.3, notice of statutory land charge under section 6 of the Rural Housing Act 1939, No. 521915.4, mortgage 521915.5, notice of statutory land charge under section 6 of the Rural Housing Act 1939, No. 534081.
(iii) The land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be severance and amalgamated in certificate of title, Volume 31B, folio 753, subject to fencing covenant 915054.6.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares:
(i) The road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated in certificate of title, Volume 458, folio 133, subject to mortgage 521915.3, mortgage 521915.5, and notice of statutory land charge under section 6 of the Rural Housing Act 1939, No. 534081.
(ii) The road described in the Sixth Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in certificate of title, Volume 24A, folio 203, subject to fencing covenant in transfer 51963, mortgage 521915.3, notice of statutory land charge under section 6 of the Rural Housing Act 1939, 521915.4, mortgage 521915.5, and notice of statutory land charge under section 6 of the Rural Housing Act 1939, No. 534081.
(iii) The road described in the Seventh Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in certificate of title, Volume 31B, folio 753, subject to fencing covenant 915054.6.
(iv) The road described in the Eighth Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in certificate of title, Volume 35A, folio 61, subject to mortgage 388102.4, mortgage 388102.5, mortgage 494572.1, mortgage 910626.1, easement certificate pursuant to section 90A of the Land Transfer Act 1952, B. 013744.2, right of way on D.P. 66387 as dominant tenement and caveat B. 041042.1.
(v) The road described in the Ninth Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in certificate of title, Volume 35A, folio 62, subject to mortgage 388102.4, mortgage 388102.5, mortgage 494572.1, mortgage 910626.1, easement certificate pursuant to section 90A of the Land Transfer Act 1952, B. 013744.2 and right of way on D.P. 66387 as dominant tenement.
(vi) The road described in the Tenth Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in certificate of title, Volume 28, folio 125, subject to mortgage 521915.3, mortgage 521915.5.
