Tuberculosis Regulations 1951

Approval of Persons Authorised to Perform Vaccination Against Tuberculosis

Pursuant to regulation 6 (4) of the Tuberculosis Regulations 1951, the Director-General of Health, hereby gives notice that the following persons, additional to those contained in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 28 June 1990, No. 106, page 2226, have been approved as qualified to perform vaccinations against tuberculosis in accordance with those regulations:

Electoral Act 1956

Notifying Issue of Replacement Writ, Eastern Maori Electorate

Pursuant to a warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, dated the 17th day of September 1990, directed to the Clerk of the Writs, I issued on the 20th day of September 1990, writs to all Returning Officers authorising them to proceed to the election of Members of Parliament for all electoral districts within New Zealand.

Notice having been given to me that the writ issued to the Returning Officer for the Eastern Maori Electorate has been stolen by a person or persons unknown, I have this day issued a replacement writ being a copy of the original which was stolen.

Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974

Amendment to Boundaries of Central and Southern Regional Arts Councils

Pursuant to section 26, subsection 3, of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, I hereby amend the boundaries of the Central and Southern Regional Arts Councils as follows:

(a) Central Region—The balance of the area of the North Island south of the existing Northern Region, including the islands adjacent thereto together with that area of the South Island comprising the whole of the Nelson-Marlborough Region excluding the area of the Kaikoura District Council, and including also the Chatham Islands District.

(b) Southern Region—The balance of the South Island of New Zealand and all other adjacent islands south of the aforesaid Central Region including Stewart Island, and including the area of the Kaikoura District Council.

(b) At a meeting held on the 17th day of July 1990 the said Council resolved to make and levy those rates;
