In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of
Paramoor One Ltd.:

Notice is hereby given that the final meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held on the 16th day of November 1990 at the offices of Euro-National Corporation, Level 8, Southstate Tower, 90 Symonds Street, Auckland at 9.15 a.m. for the purpose of having laid before it the liquidator’s statement showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of.

“That the books and records of the company be retained by the liquidator for a period of 12 months from the date thereof and then destroyed.”
