John Parry Evans and Marie Rose Evans, company directors, both of Auckland (debenture holders), hereby give notice that on the 12th day of October 1990, they appointed Ralph Leslie O’Hara of Auckland, chartered accountant, to be receiver and manager of all undertakings, property and assets charged by a debenture dated the 5th day of March 1986, given by Evans Golf Ltd originally in favour of BLE Capital (N2) Ltd., but subsequently transferred to Phase Twenty Six Ltd. by transfer dated the 16th day of June 1989, but now transferred to the debenture holders.
