Notice of Adjournment of Meeting

The first meeting of the creditors of Dalton Lane Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation) was held in the conference room of the Justice Department, Bower Street, Napier on the 15th day of October 1990 at 2.30 p.m. but it appears a quorum was not present, the meeting was adjourned until the 24th day of October 1990 at 2 p.m. to be held at the same venue.

Additional proxies must be lodged at the registered office at KPMG Peat Marwick, Station Street, Napier not later than 4 p.m. on the 23rd day of October 1990.

Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 15th day of October 1990, the following special resolutions were passed by the company, namely:

1. That by reason of all trading activities of the company having ceased, that the company having filed a declaration of solvency, be wound up voluntarily.
