Take notice that on Thursday, the 23rd day of August 1990, an application for the winding up of Weld Motors Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Palmerston North on Wednesday, the 31st day of October 1990 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Motor Trade Finances Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Fitzherbert Rowe, Levels 5, 6 and 7, Farmers Mutual House, 68 The Square, Palmerston North.
