Declaring Railway Land at Greymouth to be Disposed of and Vested in the Grey District Council for General Purposes

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of and vested in the Grey District Council for general purposes.
