General Notices

In the matter of Bernice Ellen Cutler, late of Christchurch, widow (deceased), and in the matter of section 76 of the Trustee Act 1936:

To: Raymond Richard Campbell, formerly of Christchurch, New Zealand and Queensland, Australia, and latterly of whereabouts unknown.

And to: Any descendant thereof.

Take notice that the administrator in the estate of Bernice Ellen Cutler, who died at Christchurch on or about 12 June 1989, wishes to make a final distribution of the assets of the above estate. Any person claiming to be or claiming through the said Raymond Richard Campbell, should send their claim to the administrator, care of William A. Mather, Solicitor, P.O. Box 1078, Christchurch, New Zealand, to arrive before the 20th day of December 1990, giving full particulars of their name and address for service and details of their claim. If no claim is received on or before the 20th day of December 1990, the administrator will apply to the High Court at Christchurch for an order pursuant to section 76 of the Trustee Act 1956, that she may distribute the estate on the basis that the said Raymond Richard Campbell died before 12 June 1989 leaving no issue alive at that date.
