At the request of the directors, Westpac Banking Corporation hereby give notice that on the 26th day of September 1990, it appointed Deborah Jane Riordan and Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountants, whose office is care of Spicer and Oppenheim, Level 8, Westpac Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, as receivers and managers of all the assets of the above-named company under the power contained in an instrument dated the 23rd day of September 1989, being a debenture from Dickson Display Company Ltd. to Westpac Banking Corporation.
