Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to the delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director, Resource Use and Recreation Policy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Wanganui District Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director, Estate Protection Policy, Department of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting in the Wanganui District Council and revokes the reservation as a county reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Neplusultra Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Neplusultra Recreation Reserve to be administered as a recreation reserve by the Central Otago District Council.
