Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Land and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Upper Hutt City Council.

All that piece of land containing 1854 square metres, contained in Proclamation No. 1476, shown as Section 2 on S.O. Plan 35475, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.
