International Air Services Licensing Act 1947
Notice of Application to Change a Route or Add a New Route
Pursuant to section 14A of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, as amended by section 101 (3) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notice is hereby given that Southern World Airlines Limited has applied for an amendment to its International Air Service Licence to include Pago Pago as an intermediate point on the route which it may operate from New Zealand to Honolulu and Los Angeles, and to permit the airline to operate services, as filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport, over the route New Zealand to Australia. Further details of this proposal may be obtained from the General Manager, Air Transport Division, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 31441, Lower Hutt.
Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application must forward the representations in writing to reach me on or before 1 November 1990.

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence
Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947 to amend the Southern World Airlines Limited International Air Service Licence to permit the airline to operate Lockheed L1011 Tristar aircraft on the routes for which it is licensed, and to permit the airline to operate unlimited services from New Zealand to Honolulu and Los Angeles as filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport.
This amendment will take effect on 2 November 1990.

The Traffic (Rodney District) Notice No. 2, 1990
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rodney District) Notice No. 2 1990.
The area and roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Rodney County) Notice No. 3, 1987, signed on the 22nd day of May 1987*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked.
The Traffic (Rodney County) Notice No. 1, 1988, signed on the 18th day of August 1985β , issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is revoked.
The Traffic (Rodney County) Notice No. 2, 1988, signed on the 16th day of November 1988*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is revoked.

At Algies Bay:
- Alexander Road.
- Deerness Crescent.

- Buckleton Road.
Whitmore Road: from Buckleton Road to a point 300 metres measured northerly, generally, along Whitmore Road from Buckleton Road.
At Leigh and Matheson Bay:
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the eastern side of Waterfall Road 200 metres measured northerly, generally, along Waterfall Road from Cumberland Road; thence southerly, generally, along the said eastern side of Waterfall Road across Cumberland Road to a point on the southern side of the intersection of Cumberland Road and SeaTown Avenue; thence south-westerly, generally, by a right line to the junction of the north-western side of Leigh Avenue with Frost Road; thence across Frost Road at right angles from its north-eastern side to its south-western and north-western sides of Leigh Avenue to a point 280 metres measured south-westerly, generally along the said road from Matheson Bay Road; thence across Leigh Avenue at right angles from its western side to its eastern side; thence south-westerly, generally, along the eastern side of Leigh Avenue to a point 320 metres measured southerly, generally, from Matheson Bay Road; thence due south-east by a right line to the shore of the Hauraki Gulf; thence northerly, generally, along the said shore and along the shore of Omaha Cove to a point due east of the commencing point; thence due west by a right line to the commencing point.
At Mahurangi:
- Ridge Road: from the southern termination of Ridge Road to a point 1.6 kilometres measured northerly, generally, along the said road.
At Matakana:
- Matakana Valley road: from Leigh Avenue to a point 480 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along Matakana Valley Road from Leigh Avenue.
At Omaha:
All that area bounded by a line commencing on the southern side of Broadlands Drive at its intersection with the western shore of the Omaha Peninsula; thence by a right line due east to the eastern shore of the Omaha Peninsula; thence northerly, generally, along the eastern shore of the Omaha Peninsula to the Te Taumutu Point; thence southerly, generally, along the western shore of the Omaha Peninsula to the commencing point.
