The ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd., with reference to Capro Sixty Seven Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 4th day of October 1990, the bank appointed Alan James Cunningham and John Joseph Cregeten, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants, National Mutual Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 3rd day of July 1990.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, wheresoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
