Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

The following companies give notice that an extraordinary general meeting of each of the companies will be held at the offices of New Zealand Milk Corporation Ltd., Una Place, Takanini, on the 26th day of October 1990.

New Zealand Milk Corporation Ltd.
Auckland Milk Corporation Ltd.
Country Foods New Zealand Ltd.
Warkworth Co-operative Milk Producers Ltd.
Warkworth Town Milk Co Ltd.
Rockrose Farms Ltd.
United Dairy Foods (N.Z.) Ltd.
New American Ice Cream Ltd.

At the meeting of each of the above-named companies we will consider, and if thought fit, pass a special resolution to the effect that the memorandum of association of the company be altered by deleting the objects and powers clause thereto, and substituting a clause providing that:

"The company shall have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person, including the powers set out in paragraphs (a) to (h) of subsection 15A (1) of the Companies Act 1955."
