Notice is hereby given that 2 properly called special general meetings of members were held on the 9th day of July 1990 and the 15th day of August 1990 and the following resolution was passed by a majority:

"That the council be wound up voluntarily."

The liquidator initially nominated subsequently declined to act, so Robert Alan Francis, chartered accountant, has been appointed liquidator, and has accepted the position now that a legal opinion confirming the legality of the winding up procedures has been received.
