Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, the 31st day of October 1990 at 11.45 o'clock in the forenoon, Kenneth Roderick MacDonald will apply to the High Court at Auckland for an order that the order of adjudication dated the 6th day of September 1989 against him be discharged, pursuant to section 108 of the Insolvency Act 1967 on the grounds that all the applicants' assets have been sold and all proven creditors have been paid a dividend and that proven creditors are not likely to receive any further dividend unless the applicant is discharged.

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to John Watt Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 26th day of September 1990, the bank appointed Tolmie Alexander Scoular and Anthony George Lewis, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, 113–119 The Terrace, Wellington, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 15th day of October 1987.
The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, wheresoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
