Harbours Act 1950

Sale of Wanganui Harbour Land

I, William Patrick Jeffries, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143c (1) (b) (i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by the Wanganui District Council and I specify my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule

All that parcel of land containing 607 square metres, more or less, situate in the City of Wanganui, being Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 44280 and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 15B, folio 1454 (Wellington Registry).

Dated at Wellington this 17th day of September 1990.
