("the debenture holder"), hereby gives notice that on the 17th day of September 1990, it appointed Michael Peter Stiassny and Stephen Robert Patrick, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets charged by the debenture dated the 9th day of October 1987, given by Basin Developments Ltd. in favour of the debenture holder.
