In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Munis Supermarket Ltd. (in receivership):

Notice is hereby given that D. & E. Edlin Ltd. on the 6th day of September 1990, in exercise of the powers contained in an instrument dated the 1st day of November 1988, being a debenture from Munis Supermarket Ltd. to D. & E. Edlin Ltd., did appoint Desmond Richard George Edlin of Auckland, company director and Evelyn May Edlin, his wife, as receivers and managers of the property of the company.

The address of the receivers and managers is at the offices of Brennan and Brown-Haysom, Barristers and Solicitors, 76 Saint George Street, Papatoetoe.

I, Graeme Lindsay Gee of Wellington, company director, hereby gives notice that on the 14th day of September 1990, he appointed David Robert Suisted of 11 Saint Aidan's Way, Tawa, chartered accountant, as receiver and manager of all the assets of the above-named company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 27th day of September 1988, being a debenture from Direct Promotions Ltd. (in receivership and in liquidation) to Westpac Banking Corporation and duly assigned to the said Graeme Lindsay Gee.

Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of September 1990, The Bank of New Zealand appointed John Lawrence Vague, chartered accountant of Auckland and Mark Andrew Lowndes, solicitor of Auckland, jointly and severally, as receivers and managers of the property of Michael Bennett Developments Ltd. under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 11th day of September 1989, given by that company.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

UDC Finance Ltd. hereby gives notice that Stephen John Tubbs of Christchurch, chartered accountant and Kevin Michael Thomas of Christchurch, chartered accountant, have been appointed, jointly and severally, to be receivers and managers of Buywise Fruit Marts Ltd. under and by virtue of the provisions of a debenture dated the 15th day of March 1989, and given in favour of UDC Finance Ltd.

The office of the receivers is at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, Robert Jones House, 764 Colombo Street, P.O. Box 13-244, Christchurch.

The property in respect of which the said receivers and managers have been appointed is all the undertaking, property and assets of the said Buywise Fruit Marts Ltd., including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd. (“the bank”) being the registered holder of a debenture dated the 26th day of August 1985, issued by the above-mentioned company, hereby gives notice that it has appointed jointly Gerald Stanley Rea and Bruce Graham Stowell, both chartered accountants of Auckland, whose office is at KPMG Peat Marwick, 9 Princes Street (P.O. Box 1584), Auckland, to be receivers and managers of the property charged by the said debenture with all the powers conferred by the said debenture on receivers and managers appointed thereunder and subject to the terms and conditions of the said debenture relating to the appointment of receivers and managers thereunder and such remuneration for their services as receivers being an amount calculated according to the rate of charges properly payable to receivers under debenture deeds by chartered accountants, such remuneration to be paid monthly during the course of the receivership and so that the receivers and managers shall be deemed to be the agent of the said company and not of the bank as provided in the said debenture provided that such payment shall only be made by the bank to the extent that there are insufficient assets of the said company available to meet such costs and provided that the receivers and managers provide regular reports to the bank at times reasonably requested by it.
