WELLINGTON: THURSDAY, 20 SEPTEMBER 1990 — ISSUE NO. 165
Notifying Issue of Writs, Date of Polling, etc.
Pursuant to a Warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, dated the 17th day of September 1990 directed to the Clerk of the Writs, I have this day issued writs to all Returning Officers authorising them to proceed to the election of members of Parliament for all electoral districts within New Zealand and have fixed Thursday, the 4th day of October 1990, as the last day for the nomination of candidates, Saturday, the 27th day of October 1990, as the day upon which the poll for such elections shall (if necessary) be taken, and Friday, the 9th day of November 1990, as the day on or before which the said writs shall be returnable to me.
