Land Acquired for Local Purpose (Cemetery) Reserve in Taupo District
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a local purpose (cemetery) reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Taupo District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
