Notice to Set Apart and Define a Quarantine Ground at Canterbury Agriculture and Science Centre, Lincoln
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 11 (1) of the Animals Act 1967, land owned jointly by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research and the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, known as the Joint Agricultural Research Centre, located at Canterbury Agriculture and Science Centre, Ellesmere Junction Road, Lincoln, being part Lot 1, D.P. 6070, part Lot 7, parts 2-4 of D.P. 1788, parts 3185, 3217 Blocks, 1-V Halswell, SD BAL 23560-62, is hereby declared to be a quarantine ground for the detention of imported animals.

The notice published in the Gazette on the 18th day of January 1990, No. 5, page 132, declaring offices at which fishing vessels may be registered and appointing designated officers to be Registrars of Fisheries, is hereby revoked.
This notice shall come into force on the day after its notification in the Gazette.
