National Australia Bank (NZ) Ltd. at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 5th day of September 1990, it appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chaffield, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, as receivers and managers of the property of Litho-Craft Ltd. under the provisions contained in a debenture dated the 15th day of August 1989, which property consists of all the assets and undertaking of the business operated by the said Litho-Craft Ltd. at Auckland and elsewhere.
