(a) Piece of stopped road firstly described in the Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8C/892, South Auckland Land Registry.

(b) Piece of stopped road secondly described in the Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10B/889, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 966355.4 and H. 966355.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

Road Realignment in Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waikato District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,

and that:

(i) Area “A”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58274, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 679, folio 84, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area “B”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 58274, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 358, folio 258, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Area “C”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 58274, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 802, folio 116, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) Area “D”, now known as Section 4, S.O. 58274, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 358, folio 259, South Auckland Land Registry.
