Declaration by the Registrar Dissolving a Society

I, Anthony Bell, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that Kia Kaha Trust CHT. NL. 393719, is no longer carrying on its operations, the said board is hereby dissolved pursuant to section 26 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.

Notice of Re-entry

In the matter of Memorandum of Lease 411312 (Otago Registry) under Section 121 of the Land Transfer Act 1952:

To: James Thomas McDowell

Take notice that on the 7th day of September 1990 Katherine Mary Haggitt of Dunedin, solicitor, pursuant to the authority of the Dunedin Diocesan Trust Board, re-entered upon all that piece of land situated in Thomas Street, Waikouaiti, containing 1011 m² more or less being Lot 17, Block II, Deeds Plan 51 and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 346/134 (Otago Registry) and thereby determined and put an end to the said lease and the term thereby granted by reason that default has been made by the lessees in the performance and observance of the covenants and conditions therein contained and implied and on your part to be performed and observed and the right of re-entry has accrued to the said Dunedin Diocesan Trust Board for such default.

And further that if the default has not been remedied within one month of the date of giving of this notice the Dunedin Diocesan Trust Board will apply to the District Land Registrar to notify the re-entry upon the register.

Take notice is given by A. N. Mowat, solicitor for the Dunedin Diocesan Trust Board whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Gallaway Haggitt Sinclair, 245 Upper Stuart Street, Dunedin.
