Notice of Meeting of Creditors
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Seaspray Investments Ltd.:
Notice is hereby given that by an extraordinary resolution the above-named company on the 4th day of September 1990, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up and that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held according to the company’s solicitors’ premises at Level 5, 60 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland on Thursday, the 13th day of September 1990 at 11 o’clock in the morning.

To appoint a chairman

To receive a report on the proceedings of the relevant meeting of the members of the company held to pass an extraordinary resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily.

To hear a report from a director of the company as to the affairs of the company and the circumstances leading up to the company being wound up.

To confirm the appointment of Geoffrey Alexander Hamilton as liquidator of the company.

To consider and if thought fit, to constitute a committee of inspection.
