Decision

New Zealand Swing Club Linx Magazine, International Issue No. 2, came before the Tribunal as a result of a bookseller in a provincial city being granted leave by the Minister of Justice to submit that issue of the publication to the Tribunal for classification under the Indecent Publications Act 1963.
