I, Shirley Hark, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving Huntington’s Disease Association (Auckland) Incorporated on the 20th day of January 1989, New Zealand Gazette, No. 16, page 412, was made in error and that that declaration ought to be revoked, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly pursuant to section 28 (5) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
