Notice is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the shareholders of the above-named companies on the 22nd day of August 1990, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named companies will accordingly be held at my office, 26–28 Bower Street, Napier on Wednesday, the 5th day of September 1990 at 11 a.m.

Notice is further given that the official assignee in bankruptcy at Napier by his duly appointed agents, Kevin James Beardsley and James Terence Plunket Taaffe, chartered accountants of Auckland and Napier respectively, are appointed as joint provisional liquidators of the companies.
