Headquarters Land Force Command

The following are transferred to the Army Reserve, General List of Officers, in their present rank with effect from 1 April 1990:

Brigadier Richard Ewart Menzies, C.B.E., E.D.*, DIP.AGR., Brigadiers’ List (TF).

Colonel Richard Greville Clouston, E.D.*, Colonels’ List (TF).

Colonel D. McGregor, O.B.E., E.D.*, to be Brigadier with seniority and effect from 1 April 1990, and is transferred to the Brigadiers’ List (TF) on assuming the appointment of Territorial Force Advisor to the Army General Staff, vice Brigadier R. E. Menzies, C.B.E., E.D.**.

Lieutenant Colonel J. P. O’Brien, E.D.**, M.Sc., to be Colonel with seniority and effect from 1 April 1990 and is transferred to the Colonels’ List (TF).

Temporary Lieutenant Colonel David Ronald Wilton, B.SC.(MIL), RNZ Sigs, is transferred from the Army Reserve, General List of Officers, in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel with seniority and effect from 26 March 1990.

Major John Alistair Goodman, DIP.AGR., RNZEME, is posted to the Retired List with effect from 1 October 1989.

Major James Utanga Morgan, B.SOC.SC., RNZAEC, is transferred from the Army Reserve, General List of Officers, in his present rank with seniority from 6 December 1987 and effect from 9 March 1990.

Major William David Wallace, E.D.*, B.SC., RNZAMC, is posted to the Retired List with effect from 21 March 1990.
