Notice Calling Final Meeting

Pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 1955

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Long Tailed Cuckoo Ltd.:

Notice is hereby given that a general meeting will be held at the offices of Goodman Fielder Wattie (NZ) Ltd., Eighth Floor, 70 Symonds Street, Auckland at 8.30 a.m. on the 7th day of September 1990, for the purpose of:

(a) Having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the liquidation has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of during the liquidation.

(b) Hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidator.

(c) To consider and if thought fit, pass the following extraordinary resolution:

"That the books and papers of the company be retained by the liquidator for a period of 5 years from the date thereof and then destroyed."
