Sale of Grey District Council Land

I, William Patrick Jeffries, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143c (1) (b) (1) of the Act the sale of land described in the Schedule below by the Grey District Council and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule

All that parcel of land containing 1012 square metres, more or less, situated in the Borough of Brunner, being Section 196, Town of Dobson Suburban and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 3D/588, Land Registration District of Westland.

All that parcel of land containing 1012 square metres, more or less, situated in the Borough of Brunner, being Section 24, Town of Dobson Suburban and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 2A/87, Land Registration District of Westland.

All that parcel of land containing 10.8800 hectares, more or less, situated in the Arnold Survey District, being Rural Section 6292, Block XI and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 5A/1266, Land Registration District of Westland.

Traffic Regulations 1976

Approval of Motorcycle Safety Helmets in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1976

Pursuant to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976* and pursuant to powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport by an instrument of delegation dated the 2nd day of November 1987, motorcycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto are hereby approved for the purposes of regulation 31 of the said regulations.

Schedule

Safety helmets manufactured by Shoei Kako Co Ltd., Japan, bearing the model designations RF 108 or Task 5 and bearing the certification mark of the Snell Memorial Foundation M-85.
