11.30 a.m. Arrive Auckland International Airport. Official Ceremony of Welcome. Welcomed by: Their Excellencies the Governor-General and Lady Reeves. The Right Honourable the Prime Minister and Mrs Palmer.

12.15 p.m. Visit the Commonwealth Games Village and luncheon with Commonwealth Games Competitors.

2.05 p.m. Leave Commonwealth Games Village.
2.30 p.m. Arrive Auckland International Airport.
3.15 p.m. Arrive Taupo Airport.
3.30 p.m. Arrive Huka Lodge.
Evening free from Official Engagements.

AT TAUPO

Friday, 2nd February

Free from Official Engagements.

TAUPO—AUCKLAND

Saturday, 3rd February

THE QUEEN AND THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH

a.m. Morning free from Official Engagements.

1.55 p.m. Leave Huka Lodge.
2.10 p.m. Arrive Taupo Airport.
2.55 p.m. Arrive Auckland International Airport.
3.20 p.m. Arrive Mount Smart Stadium (joined by The Prince Edward).
3.30 p.m. Watch final events of the XIVth Commonwealth Games.

6.40 p.m. Meet XIVth Commonwealth Games Organising Committee.

7.00 p.m. Closing Ceremony.
The Queen to officially close the XIVth Commonwealth Games.

Later Leave Mount Smart Stadium for Government House, Auckland.

Sunday, 4th February

THE QUEEN AND THE PRINCE EDWARD

10.20 a.m. Leave Government House.
10.30 a.m. Attend Morning Service at the Holy Trinity Cathedral.
11.30 a.m. Inaugurate building extension programme.
11.40 a.m. The Prince Edward returns to Government House.

AUCKLAND - CAMBRIDGE - OTOROHANGA - AUCKLAND

12 noon Arrive Auckland Airport and leave for Hamilton.
12.30 p.m. Arrive Hamilton Airport.
12.45 p.m. Arrive at Cambridge Stud, home of “Sir Tristram”. Lunch.

2.15 p.m. Leave Cambridge Stud.
3.05 p.m. Arrive Otorohanga.
Visit Fardon Jerseys.

3.50 p.m. Leave Otorohanga for Hamilton Airport.
4.30 p.m. Arrive Hamilton Airport.
5.00 p.m. Arrive Auckland International Airport.
5.20 p.m. Arrive Government House, Auckland.

AT AUCKLAND

THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH

9.30 a.m. Leave Government House.
10.00 a.m. Arrive RNZAF Base, Whenuapai. Present Standard to No. 42 Squadron, RNZAF.

10.50 a.m. Leave RNZAF Base, Whenuapai.
11.20 a.m. Arrive Government House.
11.50 a.m. Leave by car for Admiralty Steps and depart on HMNZS Tarapunga for HMNZS Waikato.
Attend Whitebread Round the World Yacht Reception.

1.00 p.m. Start the Whitebread Round the World Yacht Race.

3.20 p.m. Transfer to private launch and travel to the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron Building at Westhaven.

3.30 p.m. Visit Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron. Tea with the Commodore, RNZYS.

4.00 p.m. Leave with the Commodore.
4.30 p.m. Leave RNZYS.
4.40 p.m. Arrive Government House.
