A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, the Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road.

All that piece of land known as Ruatoki Pt. 3A3B4, containing 7359 square metres, more or less, situated in Block VI, Waimana Survey District, and shown on ML Plan 21876, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General at Wellington and dated this 31st day of July 1990.
