Amending a Notice Declaring Land at Burwood Acquired for Road, Road Diversion and Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice dated the 9th day of July 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 19th day of July 1990, No. 123 at page 2535, declaring land at Burwood acquired for road, road diversion and recreation reserve by omitting the following words from the First Schedule:

“410 m² Part R.S. 4790, marked “B”;

and also, by omitting the following words from the Second Schedule:

“1 m² Part R.S. 4790, marked “E”.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring an Easement Over Land in Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the declaration dated the 4th day of May 1989, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 May 1989, No. 81 at page 1889, acquiring an easement over land in Waitomo District by inserting the words “, to be held appurtenant to the adjoining land contained in Gazette notice H. 836174” after the words “resort purposes”.
