In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 July 1990, No. 119, page 2454, for the heading “New Zealand Naval Volunteer Reserve”, substitute “Royal New Zealand Naval Volunteer Reserve”.

The Korakonui School Board of Trustees By-Election Validation Notice 1990

Pursuant to clause 9, Second Schedule of the School Trustees Act 1989, the parent by-election for a member of the Korakonui School, Waikato, Board of Trustees that was held on the 30th day of June 1990, is hereby declared to be and always to have been as valid as it would have been if the 2 parents whose names were entitled to be on the roll for the election had been so entered on the roll.
